所谓的“零日”漏洞，它的软件用来播放视频。问题出在软件的方式与Internet Explorer的互动，这将打开一个洞让黑客进入隧道。微软敦促用户禁用弱势问题的一部分，公司正在“补丁” -或软件修正-应对这个问题。微软很少偏离其一贯的做法，签发安全更新每月第二个星期二。最近的一个例子是紧急补丁微软10月发布的一个安全漏洞，犯罪分子利用感染数以百万计的个人电脑与Conficker蠕虫。虽然最初担心作为一个全能的世界末日装置，即受感染的电脑网路，最终用于日常赚钱的计划，如发送垃圾邮件和推动假的防病毒软件。 不是微软进军反病毒软件的好兆头！
