新的移动电话公司的诞生？NEC，日立和卡西欧合并手机业务
日本时间上星期五下午，日本各媒体报道说，NEC，日立和卡西欧在谈判合并他们的手机业务，成为日本夏普之后的第二大制造商。
据报道，NEC公司计划将其纳入结盟已经与日立和卡西欧存在其手机业务。据传闻，NEC希望将采取新的实体多数股权，这将控制约20日本手机市场％。合资公司显然是计划开始行动早在2010年4月，并以此来减少在国内市场迅速萎缩，出现了开发成本。这也意味着更多的日本手机，找到自己的方式向美国和其他市场。
