从高效过滤器滤材想到的
和朋友聊天，提到他们公司在使用国产滤料时的一些问题：1. 性能不稳定 2. 每卷纸的长度少于国外知名厂商。
性能不稳定就是相同的产品，不同的出厂批次，质量差异性大，这点当初我在和国家相关的滤料测试机构负责人聊天时便得到是这样的消息，不是没有生产好产品的能力，而是在管理上不够认真。本来国产滤料在阻力上就要大于进口滤料，再加上其它性能不能保证稳定，所以很多外商在订购这一产品时都指定选用国外滤料。
相比较而言，国产滤料对高效过滤器的制造厂家也会打来诸多麻烦：1，由于每卷纸的长度较短，造成制作上的浪费，因为每次换纸的时候，都会浪费一些纸，换得次数越多浪费得就越多。2，由于纸的性能不稳定，这其中主要便是过滤效率不稳定，有品质观念的过滤器制造厂商就需要每天进行效率测试，这便带来了很多的测试工作，影响生产效率。
当然，阻力高的问题是由于我们基础工业的相对落后造成的，但让人心急的是，其它可以提升的地方，如果能够提高品质观念，加强管理，便能解决问题，但结果却始终不得改善。
