公司搬家，发现了之前做的书摘，翻开看看，不错，选择几个贴上来：
1.对事要怀疑，是否有更好的办法，对人要信任，你才能有机会成为一个出色的管理者。
2.英语中有句谚语“鱼从头烂起”。只要最高领导一堕落，组织全体也随之堕落，连有潜在能力和干劲的员工页丧失了信心。真不知道那些犯了过错的经营者到底是怎样考虑对组织和员工的责任的。
3.庄臣美国总公司经理对于选择ceo标准是：健康的体魄、中等以上的智力和高度的伦理观。
4.如果问”技能“和”情绪“哪个重要，我想应该是技能占20%情绪占80%这样的比例。不管技能多么优秀，如果使用技能的人心智低劣也就没有任何用处。
