有人以为学习一技之长就能成功，其实技术只是一部分-当然，是必要的一部分。成功是百分之九十的自我训练和自我意象，以及百分之十的工作技巧。
1.设定好目标
如果自我训练不够，在聪明也没用；再好的机会，没有大方的仪态，也不会属于你；如自我意象是垂头丧气，再好的训练也无法让你成功。
我们大多会为旅游作计划，却难得有人为慢慢人生花心思计划。我们总是临渴掘井、亡羊补牢，从不未雨绸缪。
每月写下你的生命计划。或视需要情形来温习这些计划，让成功的印象更鲜明。至少每年修订一次，以适应你的水准提升和兴趣的转移。
有人在还没起身前，已经自我教导那一天会很倒霉；还有一种为成功忙碌的人，告诉自己凡事一切慢慢来。如何一早就积极奋发的开始，几个方法：
1.听活泼的音乐
振奋思维对你一早的心情有不可思议的影响。放录音带，不要收听广播，免得听到坏消息。
2.选择有鼓舞性的录音带
选择可以引发善良动机的音乐听，这种好带子到处都有。
3.前晚做好计划
