先服务自己人（松下幸之助）
现在人与人之间的相处,好像愈来愈干燥无味,因此我觉得,更需要以服务的精神去润泽,甚至一切都应由服务做起。能否适当地提供服务，足以决定能否让别人满意，然后影响到能否得到别人的支持，进而左右生意的兴隆。
不但商人不可缺少这种精神，大家都应该本着服务第一的观念，不仅对于朋友，且对于自己工作的公司、商店，甚至顾客或社会，都应有服务的热忱。
在公司或商店工作的人，就得以服务的态度，从自己所属的公司或商店做起。但真正了解此种服务真义的人并不多。就国际关系老说，不肯热心提供服务的国家，必定比较落后，即使不落后，也很难得到别国的支持。现在，即是此种年代。如果现代人忽略了彼此之间容易做到的服务，那就太不过意思了。
提供服务的方式很多。有时可以用笑容当作服务，有时可以礼貌当做服务，甚至有时可以透过更确实的工作，去为别人服务。
如果在公司走廊遇到人都不打招呼，还谈得上其它服务吗？即使是自己陌生而分辨不出是否为顾客的人，也照样地跟他打招呼，这就是做人起码的修养。动物就没有这种智慧。以狗来说，看见不熟识的人，它可能会吠叫、咬你一口或一声不响地跑走。但既然你是万物之灵，遇到前来公司的人，就应该想到他可能多少跟公司有一点关系，带一点笑容去招呼，这就是一种服务。我认为，这是每一个人应有的修养。
