制造无需宣传的良品
靠宣传推广的产品，不能维持久长；比宣传广告更重要的，是如何制造优良产品。
对制造业者来说，靠宣传销售的时代已成过去。一个实例就是：不久前，本公司输入飞利浦公司的电视机推出市场时，几乎未做广告，但很快轰动起来。得到的评价是，比民经在市面上销售的多数别牌产品还要好。今天，任何事业，宣传广告在经营上所占比率相当大，因此不宜忽视。但我觉得飞利浦公司的电视机，给了我们一个启示：品质十分优良的东西，是无需依靠宣传的。良品不必自己宣扬，用它的人们自然会在社会上传扬。我们必需制造无需宣传的良品。不过，我的意思并不是说，我们不需要宣传。为了把我们制造出来的良品，能更快地通知社会，让大众享受便利，我们需要清纯的宣传广告。
宣传一停，销售量立即锐减，这表示该产品不是靠品质，而是靠宣传来销售的。
今年起，我想将每天早上互道早安的话，改用［让我们制造良品］来替代。即使不说出口来，只要互相在心里有这种意念，必能经常制造良品送出市面。
