聪明人必看：一点聪明一点痴
如果一个人才气不足，庸庸碌碌过一生，也就罢了。问题是很多人才气纵横，最后又没什么成就，那就冤枉了。通常这些人都是”聪明反被聪明误”，太聪明的结果是没耐性，不能按部就班一步步向前走，他们虽然有一些小成果，但不会有大功业。
这篇”一点聪明一点痴”是让所有的聪明人，可以从另一个角度再想一想。
一个非常聪明的年轻人，学历又好，拥有国外的硕士学位，一度是公司最看好的未来接班人选之一，但这件事始终无法如愿。他做任何事，都能快速上手，表现杰出。但问题是刚熟悉一件事，他就开始想下一个职位，他的期待与要求，总是比主管快。不得不承认，他实在太聪明了，聪明到在组织中，很难有一个职位适用于他。
他走上创业之路，以他的聪明，很快拥有一个小格局的成果，每年有金额不大的获利，足以让他逍遥自在。可是从此他面临瓶颈，如果要做更大的事，光靠聪明是不够的，还要决心、毅力、格局、气度、勇气，而其中有许多特质都是他所不足的。
只因为太聪明了，聪明地仔细计算所有的事情，都要用最快、最容易的方法做事，期望速成、期待短利，欠缺了”痴劲”与”傻劲”，而使他陷在”舒适”的泥淖中，拥有小成就，难成大格局。
如果你是”痴”人，笨人没路走，只能努力，无需多言。问题是社会上”痴”人少有，大多是聪明人（或者其实是自以为聪明），聪明人就是精于算计，心思复杂，以至于小算盘每天打、时时打，稍有困难就不做，稍遇挫折就放弃，眼前无利就回头；长远大计无心想，结果是小成可也，大事难成。
最好的思考是，不论你是聪明人还是痴人，常常替自己留一点”痴心”，刻意去做一些看起来笨的事，凡事想长一些、想远一些。利益不要计算得那么精准，刻意找一些辛苦、困难的事来做；刻意找一些需要冒险进取的事来做。然后发挥你的决心，考验你的能力，激发你的坚持，磨炼你的执著，成就你的耐性。让成果滴满你的汗水、泪水，这是另一种试炼。
太多的聪明，是上天的恩宠，当然要感谢，但也是上天的陷阱，让你少了执著、坚忍的力量。最好的搭配是”一点聪明一点痴”，有足够的聪明分析难易、好坏，但有时也要有耐性，做一些短期看起来并不聪明，但长远有利、有益的事，每个人最终的格局，决定的关键是”痴”，而不是聪明。
明明是聪明人，如何拥有痴心？
其实这是”小聪明”（streetwise）与大智慧的差别。聪明人选容易做的事，大智慧选难的事。难的事少人做，竞争者少，有时候还需要有精诚所至，金石为开的耐性。没有耐性，等不到春暖花开，能等、能忍，通常是痴人与痴心。
