瘦身新招：跪位式减肥法
下班回家，刚进屋老妈就十分开心地告诉我，今天在电视上看到一位老中医介绍了一种新的减肥方法，不吃药、不节食，不大量运动，不花一分钱就可以变瘦。我立马问道：“是什么方法？她告诉我叫“跪位式减肥法”，具体动作如下：
1、双腿跪地，双手叉腰，行动时尽量往后仰，仰的越后越好；
2、使用腹式呼吸（肚子呼吸）；
3、每天做20分钟以上，锻炼时间没有限制，早晨起床后，晚上睡觉前都可以。至少坚持两周时间。
4、膝盖疼的可以在地板上垫个毯子，床上也行。
据说，“跪位式减肥法”除了减肥，还可以治疗青春痘，真是太神奇了！多年减肥经验的我，怎么从来没有听过这么好的减肥方法呢？～～
于是亲身试验了下，刚开始的时候膝盖很痛，不过铺了个垫子就好多了：）虽然是跪着运动，但也需要很大的体力消耗，感觉全身都在协调锻炼，尤其是腹部，运动20分钟后感觉身体确实舒展了很多。这个方法对腰部赘肉多，腰部不灵活的人很有好处。老妈说现在很多50多岁的老年人都在使用这个方法锻炼身体呢～～
