千万别忘记创业时的谦虚
松下幸之助：谦虚的心情和当初创业的热诚，不应该因时间和组织的扩大而消失。
无论做什么事情，刚开始时都很虚心。学习绘画，开始时很热心，有请教的谦虚。但随着时间的流逝，画技渐趋熟练，立即自鸣得意起来，失去谦虚，别人的忠告也听不进去了。
刚创业时，服务也都很好，希望大众多多照顾。然而到了某一阶段，有了知名度就不再这么热诚了。这是人之常情。可是如果这时依旧能以刚开店时候的谦虚，注意服务，那么生意必然更趋顺利。
松下电器公司已经创立三十三年了，我想把今年当作第二次的创业年。目的是要唤醒各位这种谦虚的心情，和当初开店的热诚。当然，既是做生意，免不了剧烈竞争，也要燃气斗志去争取业绩，但仍不可忘却谦虚。有了谦虚，便能吸收新知识，从而带来进步。
这是本公司基本的经营理念之一。没有这个理念，我们也就不可能在同业中脱颖而出。希望各位在重新开业时，大家共同再来强调这种谦虚的精神。
