这是一部根据热播电视剧《喜羊羊与灰太狼》改编而成的电影，春节热映期间，深受小朋友们和家长的喜爱，中国的国产动画片也出现了一票难求的景象，支持一下！
影片内容梗概：春回大地，更逢慢羊羊村长100周年庆典。慢羊羊的坐骑老蜗牛却突然病倒，经过检查，村长感到如临大敌，打算潜入蜗牛身上消灭引起这个病变的病毒。小羊们觉得危险，要代替村长前往蜗牛的身体上消灭病毒。没想到灰太狼偷听到，也要进入蜗牛体内捉小羊。喜羊羊、沸羊羊、懒洋洋和美羊羊到了蜗牛的两只触角上。喜羊羊和美羊羊还没搞清楚这是个什么地方，就被白菌(白牛)士兵强行征召入伍当兵。而且不须新兵训练，直接就拉上战火连天的前线。
在军营内得知，这是个位于蜗牛触角上的细菌国度——白牛国。最近这个蜗牛世界不再平静，终日发生地震。国王断定一定是处在另一只触角上的黑菌（黑牛）王国 ——黑牛国搞的鬼，为了消灭邪恶的黑牛国，制止这场细菌感染，白牛国征集了全国兵力，发动了战争。既然大家的目的一致，喜羊羊参加到了白牛国的军队，一同和黑牛国的细菌作战。
两国在国境线上摆开战场，喜羊羊发现黑牛国竟然是灰太狼领军,更造出新式武器坦克和飞机，白牛国全军溃败，还被重重包围。
喜羊羊携带而来的通讯器一直没有信号，为了和村长取得联络，喜羊羊要经过危险禁地——漩涡黑森林，这里菌迹罕至，一旦进入九死一生。但喜羊羊还是毅然出发，经过长途跋涉，在即将到达森林出口的时候，不幸遇上了神秘的细菌蛮族（黄牛），虽然喜羊羊逃脱出来，可是通讯器却落入了蛮族手中。灰太狼更成为他们的军师，造出许多控制细菌的控制器，一举消灭黑牛和白牛两个细菌王国，事成之后，那两国细菌是蛮族的粮食，而小羊则由灰太狼享用。
浩浩荡荡的蛮族细菌大军将他们两国包围得水泄不通，并扬言要将两国细菌都作为他们的食粮。两个国王都万万想不到，一向温顺、与世无争的蛮族细菌竟然就是引致这个世界病变的真正根源！
正当灰太狼得意之时，没想到自己也给黄牛蛮族细菌大王吃掉。
喜羊羊为救众人，与黄牛开展生死大战，最后更牺牲救回小灰灰，令灰太狼答应以后再不吃一根羊毛。
最后，蜗牛终于回复了健康，小羊们和灰太狼夫妇也回到了草原上，但灰太狼却在庆功会上发难，并表示自己并没有违背誓约——一根羊毛也不吃，那可是剥了皮再吃！不料喜羊羊却早有准备，反制住了灰太狼。其他小羊愤怒地要把灰太狼消灭时，喜羊羊倒把他们放走——因为，世间万物自有他存在的道理，不能轻言消灭—— 青青草原上，羊和狼的欢乐故事还将永远继续！
